Entry Method

Purchase a Logitech G, ASTRO or Blue Microphones product—whether discounted or full-priced—from any offline or online retailer in Australia or New Zealand authorised to sell Logitech G, ASTRO or Blue Microphones products during the Promotional Period. The list of authorised retailers is available on the competition page and Eligible Entrants have to select the retailer they have purchased from. Follow the prompts to the promotion entry page and provide the required details, including first name, last name, country, email address, retailer of purchase, and an image of the receipt. Submit the fully completed entry form within the Promotional Period.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Maximum / Multiple Entries

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following conditions: (a) only one (1) entry is allowed per transaction, and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and meet all entry requirements. There is no maximum number of entries.

Proof of Purchase

Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase (for purchases at offline retailers) and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but before entry.

Entrant / Winner Determination

To be eligible, entrants must have purchased a product and submitted their entry as specified in the Entry Method outlined above.

Successful entrants will get a chance to win a prize. An entrant can win a maximum of one daily prize and one major prize (except SA).

Prize Draws

There will be one (1) draw conducted for each day of the Promotional Period, resulting in a total of 30 draws (“Daily Draws”).

Additionally, at the end of the promotion period, a draw will be conducted for all entries received throughout the Promotional Period (“Major Draws”) for the Grand Prize. The Promoter will draw three winners of the Grand Prize.

Entries for each Daily Draw will include all entries received from the start of the Promotional Period up until 11:59 PM AEST on the relevant day.

Winning entries from a Daily Draw will be removed from subsequent Daily Draws. However, if the same entrant has submitted additional entries, those entries will remain eligible for future Daily Draws.

All entries (including winners of the Daily Draws) will also be included in the Major Draws.

All draws will be conducted at 11:00 AM AEST on business days at UMM Communications Pty Limited, 211-212, 59 Great Buckingham Street, Redfern, NSW 2016, with the Major Draw conducted in the presence of an independent scrutineer at 11:00 AM AEST on 2 May 2025. If a Daily Draw falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be conducted on the next business day. However, the entries included in the draw will still be those received up to 11:59 PM AEST on the date the draw was originally scheduled. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is selected.

Winners will be notified in writing by email within seven (7) business days of the relevant draw. The winners' first initial, last name and postcode will be published within seven (7) days of the relevant draw online at:

Prize winners must claim their prize by 2:00 PM AEST on 26 May 2025.

If there are any unclaimed prizes from Daily Draws and the Major Prize draw, an unclaimed prize draw will occur at 2:30 PM AEST on 26 May 2025 at UMM Communications Pty Limited, 211-212, 59 Great Buckingham Street, Redfern, NSW 2016. The winners of unclaimed prizes will be notified via email on 27 May 2025, and their first initial, last name and postcode will be published on the aforementioned websites on the same date.

Grand Prize Terms

Three (3) winners will each receive a three-day (3-day) getaway cruise aboard the Carnival Splendor, departing from Sydney, Australia, for two (2) people. The prize includes accommodation in a balcony room, an AUD $1,000 onboard spending voucher to be used toward drinks, specialty restaurants, and onboard activities not included in the cruise package, as well as return flights (in economy class) and accommodation for winners where their place of residency is located outside New South Wales (NSW), Australia. Any additional costs not covered by the Grand Prize shall be borne by the winners.

Travel must be booked for one of the following available sailing dates:

1st to 4th August 2025
22nd to 25th August 2025
30th October to 2nd November 2025
21st to 24th November 2025
26th February to 1st March 2026
8th to 11th May 2026

These dates are subject to availability, and travel cannot be booked during other periods, including NSW school holidays.

The AUD $1,000 onboard spending voucher allocated as part of the prize will be given to the winners prior to their departure date. Logitech Australia Computer Peripherals Pty Limited and Logitech New Zealand Company Limited and associated parties will not be held liable for any delays or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect bank account information provided by the winner. The transfer must be completed prior to the commencement of the prize and cannot be deferred or transferred to a different recipient.

The winner must organise their prize directly through Carnival Cruise Lines, with assistance provided by Logitech Australia Computer Peripherals Pty Limited and Logitech New Zealand Company Limited and associated parties to facilitate the booking process. For winners residing outside New South Wales (NSW), Logitech Australia Computer Peripherals Pty Limited and Logitech New Zealand Company Limited and associated parties will assist with the organisation of accommodation and transport, up to the specified prize limits. All arrangements, including travel dates and room selection, must comply with Carnival Cruise Lines' terms and conditions. Logitech Australia Computer Peripherals Pty Limited and Logitech New Zealand Company Limited and associated parties are not responsible for any issues arising from the arrangement of the prize.

Transportation and accommodation benefits will only be provided if the winner's primary residential address, confirmed during the prize claim process, is located outside New South Wales (NSW), Australia. Winners residing in NSW are not eligible for return flights or accommodation as part of the prize package. For eligible winners, the prize includes return domestic or international flights in economy class to Sydney from the winner's nearest city of residence in Australia or New Zealand, up to a maximum value of AUD $1,000 per person (for up to two persons for each winner). Additionally, the prize includes up to one (1) night of accommodation in a twin-share room at a three- or four-star hotel, valued at a maximum of AUD $350. Any additional costs exceeding these amounts or other associated expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner and not Logitech Australia Computer Peripherals Pty Limited and Logitech New Zealand Company Limited or any third parties associated with the giveaway.

Unless otherwise provided in these T&Cs, spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, accommodation, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. This cost will be borne by the winners and not Logitech Australia Computer Peripherals Pty Limited and Logitech New Zealand Company Limited or any other third parties associated with the giveaway.

Odds of Winning and Maximum Number of Winnings

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. An entrant can win more than one prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

The Winners will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Promoter. All prize winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the Winner's selection. The Promoter shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within the time specified in “Prize Draw”, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Winners will have until 2:00 PM AEST on 26 May 2025 to claim the prize before the prize is forfeited and alternative Winners are selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Promoter's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as Winner will be immediately terminated.

The Promoter will deliver the prizes to the winners within eight (8) weeks of successfully contacting the winners, confirming their eligibility, and receiving any required documentation or information necessary for prize fulfilment. Rights Granted by the Entrant

If, for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

Disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of Australia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Australia. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Promotion). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
